My leadership journey started at just 11 years old, playing hockey in Park Extension and winning my first championship in a Nordiques sweater. That passion for teamwork and performance carried through decades—on the ice, the field, and in business.

For over 25 years, I’ve coached athletes, mentored youth, and built winning teams—from open junior hockey divisions to coaching my daughter in soccer and ringette. Along the way, I’ve scouted, developed, and inspired players across hockey, baseball, softball, and more.

One belief has always guided me:
“Get kids into sports, and you build stronger generations.”

Today, I bring that same energy, discipline, and team-first mentality into my consulting practice—helping individuals and organizations grow, perform, and lead with purpose.
